Below is a video link to testimony presented by Paula Segal, 596 Acres, Aresh Javadi of the New York City Community Garden Coalition, Greg Todd of Imani Garden, David Vigil of East New York Farms, Sarah Hobel of the New York Horticultural Society and Alice Forbes Spear of the 462 Halsey Garden before the Community Development Committee of the NYC Council on a proposal to create an Urban Agriculture Advisory Board.  Filmed on December 3 at 250 Broadway.  At 1:26:00 in this video, testimony begins from garden advocates.
